Working together :
Upon receipt of your first enquiry, I will provide a personnalised quote for your document including a leadtime for completion.
You should send me a clear scanned copy of the text, including any handwritten annotation on the front or back of your original document.
Once the quote is approved, I will proceed with the translation and send you either questions to clear up any misunderstanding or a .pdf version of the document for your approval.
You send any comments for amend or clarification or you approve the translation.
I will then send you the invoice for payment
You pay the invoice via bank transfer to my account.
I will print, stamp and sign the official documents and send them via Royal Mail 1st class signed for or any service we have agreed on.
You will receive them usually the following working day, depending on Royal Mail service.
Your feedback on this site would then be greatly appreciated.
